We have an opportunity for a motivated and experienced Centre Director who is passionate about children to fill the role of Centre Director for up to 12 months, with a possible extension.

**About the role**:
Manage the day-to-day operations at the Centre, ensuring the education, wellbeing, and adequate supervision of all enrolled children. Develop and maintain positive relationships with families. Lead the team and activities at the Centre in a way that 'exceeds the education and care services national quality standards'.

**Duties include**:

- Assume responsibility as 'Nominated Supervisor’.
- Ensure adequate supervision and wellbeing of all children at all times.
- Deliver the program based on the Early Years Learning Framework Version 2.
- Develop and implement activities at the centre consistent with the National Quality Framework.
- Maintain and develop the Quality Improvement Plan / Self-Assessment Working Document.
- Mentor and lead the team, facilitating a culture that reflects The Hills Values.
- Ensure the number of educators and qualifications requirements as required under the Regulations.
- Develop positive customer relations with enrolled families.
- Act as a first aid officer as and when required.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
2. First Aid - Education and Care Setting (HLTAID004)
3. First Aid - CPR (HLTAID009) - inclusive of certified Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
4. Drivers Licence (Class C) - NSW
5. Working with Children Check
6. Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework
7. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within the Early Childhood Long Day Care sector

S0643, 12-month temporary, full-time position with the likelihood of extension.

**Salary**: up to $105k p.a + Superannuation + Performance Bonus (up to 2% annual salary) + organisational bonus (up to $2K) + Aquatic and Fitness membership discounts.
