We are seeking a passionate and motivated team member to join us in the role of **Internal Sales Representative** based at our **Acacia Ridge, QLD **branch. This is a unique opportunity where no two days are the same. From interacting with customers to adding significant value in our administrative functions, this role will best suit for an individual who is a quick learner, multi-tasker and a general all rounder.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Work to Increase sales volume within the region
- Ascertain competitor activity to ensure Polyaire is ahead of the game
- Building relationships with our valued clients to encourage lasting relationships
- Be the back bone for our account managers in sales, administration and general enquiries
- Maintain and update customer / product data base
- Arrange dispatch of products or product information to existing clients or new contracts
- Ensure compliance with credit procedures as issued by the Credit Department
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Polyaire's products and services keeping our customers informed
- Assist stores team when necessary

This opportunity is a great stepping stone into a sales role as you will become exposed to sales through customer service. We want you to be keen, willing and able, possessing the following attributes:

- ** Strong communication**: Utilising clear and effective communication with customers - actively listening to understand their needs
- ** Problem-solving and critical thinking**: Ability to find solutions to customer problems promptly and efficiently.
- ** Adaptability and product knowledge**: Ability to adapt to change and know about the product or service provided to assist customers better.
- ** Providing value**:using your product knowledge, seeing opportunities to provide extra value to our customers in the form of product suggestions to complement their current order.
- ** Numeracy**:Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
