Trainee Receptionist and Administration Assistant
**Your main responsibilities include**:
- Answering phones, collecting mail and general office duties
- Assisting with preparation of documents
- Assisting the Head Office and Operations teams with various administrative tasks as required
- Scanning documents and filing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer/IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Current Drivers Licence preferred
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and a flexible approach to changing priorities
- Completed Year 12 or equivalent
This role presents a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude. Guidance and continued job training will be provided to enable you to gain knowledge and experience in Administration.
