APS6 Departmental Officer to undertake operational activity across project delivery in a policy environment.
**Your new company**
This branch has worked meticulously to combat the effects of COVID-19 on the ageing population over the last number of years. Due to an internal move, they are currently seeking to fill an APS6 position that enables access to Commonwealth support to assist aged care homes manage the ongoing impacts of COVID-19.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role, you will be a high-performing individual with:

- The ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and fluid environment to deliver high quality results.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability in oral and written communication skills, with ability to prepare a range of documents including, responses to enquiries and correspondence, procedural documentation and project artefacts.
- Data and analytics capability to synthesise information, to simplify complex information and identify gaps and trends to inform decision making, use Excel for data analysis and accurately present data in briefing and reports.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, including managing multiple streams of work.
- Problem-solving skills, including an ability to analyse, interpret and synthesise a range of information.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage process, work autonomously to deliver the functions of the role.
- An understanding or experience with aged care is desirable.
