Australian College of Business and Training (ACBT) are looking for an experienced **Course Co-ordinator / Student Support Coordinator **to work in our registered training organisation (RTO 40493).

We are expanding. Let's grow together.

This opportunity exists for an experienced professional to join our team delivering Courses Online and all over Australia.

The role will include:

- Managing the successful ongoing delivery of our courses.
- Being a hands-on leader with excellent program administration and organisational skills, proven record in delivery of education, and experience leading, supporting and supervising educators in best practice.
- Being responsible for all academic staffing matters, coordination of program delivery, and ensuring an excellent student experience.
- Displaying a high level of client service as you will be the first point of contact for all course admissions and enquiries.
- Delivering new student orientations, including information on program procedures, policies, goals and objectives, registration, course materials, system setup, technical guidance and problem solving.
- Demonstrating experience in using live online database systems and ensuring accuracy in data entry and management of records.
- Providing an exceptional service experience through outstanding communication and engagement skills.
- Providing additional administrative support as required.
- Following up required documentation that is linked to the admissions process.

**We are looking for an individual who has**:

- a minimum 1 year experience working in the Education Industry for a RTO and/or CRICOS provider.
- Experience working with Student Management System (SMS) and Learner Management System (LMS).
- Ability to work effectively within teams and independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
