Why this role matters
Provide efficient clerical and administrative assistance to the Corps in order to enhance outcomes and to support the achievement of the TSA mission.
This is a permanent part-time role, 20 hours per week with flexible work arrangements available.
The role you could play
- Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, correspondence, church newsletter, attend to mail and correspondence, photocopying, filing, stationery ordering, notice board management, reception duties both in person and answering telephones, appointment bookings
- Prepare weekly church service news presentations, schedules, meeting leads, rosters and other requirements as needed
- Keeping church management system (e.g. People directory, rosters etc.) up to date
- Assist with special events - assist in planning and coordination of ministry events
- Support the maintenance and management of the church website and social media platform
- Support the church facilities hire process, including bookings, documentation filing, preparation of hire agreements and insurance certificates.
- Support the Business Operations Manager and Corps Officers with finance tasks as required
What you will bring
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Certificate in Business Administration desirable
- At least 2 years’ experience in administration
- Relevant State Working With Children Check is required
- A willingness to undergo a National Police Check
