**What’s the role?**

Reporting directly to the Team Leader of our People Connect team you will:

- Support job change and internal transfer process
- Maintain employee records
- Provide general administrative support
- Provide general HR support and guidance to employees via phone and chat service
- 12 month parental leave contract

**Who are you?**
- Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in an HR or recruitment environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A strong customer service ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality work

**The HR Team**
