Working across Omnicom Media Group, this is an amazing opportunity for someone with a passion in Marketing/Digital/Advertising recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build strong stakeholder relationships to fully understand client's requirements, advise and execute appropriate recruitment strategies
- Manage advertisement campaigns, referrals and conduct behavioural interviews, reference checks and other relevant offer process.
- Work with the PeopleScout Specialist teams to design and deliver quarterly continuous improvement plans
- Work with other internal PeopleScout functions to continue to deliver on opportunities to optimise performance of recruitment processes and general service delivery

**Skills & Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment
- Ability to communicate with clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports based on their information needs, adjusting the message where appropriate
- Adept at refining systems and processes to optimize performance and productivity
- Solid knowledge of current TA market insights, trends and technology
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office; in particular Word and Excel
- Proficient with applicant tracking or CRM systems
