**About the Role**:

- Keep the website up to date with current promotional materials, banners, company information pages, and product brand stories.
- Ensure that all marketing collateral, templates, imagery, and content align with brand guidelines and suit the intended audience and purpose.
- Work with external agencies to gain insights and advice on website optimization, enhancing customer usability, improving SEO and social media engagement, and optimising e-commerce marketing.
- Provide regular reports on digital marketing analytics and metrics to internal stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce valuable and engaging content for our social media channels that attract and convert our target audience.
- Assist with graphic design tasks aligned with our existing corporate branding.
- Create marketing materials, including product flyers, posters, and logos.
- Engage with online influences across various social media channels to enhance product and brand exposure.
- Collaborate with the marketing agency, graphic designer, and department heads to implement planned strategies and initiatives.
- Plan and assist events at our childcare sites, including attending the event days as required.
- Assist and maintain our websites and Facebook pages.
- Assist optimize Facebook and Google ads, identifying key target areas, keywords, and our target market.
- Coordinate flyer drops within specified deadlines and target areas.
- The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, based at the Melrose Park Head Office.
- The Marketing Manager will be your direct supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in marketing and content generation.
- Proficient in updating websites, particularly WordPress.
- Strong spelling and grammar skills, with beneficial copyediting abilities.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent digital marketing content creation skills, demonstrated through a solid digital portfolio, including responsive content for various platforms, devices, and browsers such as websites, EDMs, and social media.
- Graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Suite and Canva.
