**About the role...**

An incredible opportunity has opened at Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) for a **Digital Marketing Manager**. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with RAS business units, you will primarily be responsible for the implementation of a newly developed integrated digital experience platform (DXP) road map, plus the successful delivery of RAS marketing objectives. Your key focus areas will be:

- Integrated digital marketing campaigns that support the **Sydney Royal Easter Show**, RAS competitions, Sydney Showground events, Membership acquisition, Sponsorships, activations, and events.
- Capitalise on significant opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and outcomes.
- In addition, there are incredible possibilities to:

- elevate the stature and public engagement of the RAS & its business units.
- develop revenue generating programs and events through the expansion of existing digital armature.
- monetise the Sydney Royal Easter Show website and database simply through its scale, and then further through the strategic evolution of the digital marketing platform.
- Expand the RAS brand to be salient and relevant across the calendar year, not just at Easter time.

**You will have**:

- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, or related discipline
- 8 years’ proven experience in digital & social marketing roles, ideally with 2-3 years of team management & direction
- Proven experience in DXP & CRM development
- Strong project management & team management
- Strong leadership & influencing skills
- Strong analytical thinking & creativity
- Strong communicator & negotiator
- HubSpot experience will be highly regarded
- Experience working with government bodies & associations highly regarded.

We manage the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Sydney Royal competitions, the RAS Foundation, Australasian Animal Registry, and the Sydney Showground. The RAS has a team of over 130 full-time staff and an indispensable pool of casual staff who work on the Easter Show, and other Sydney Showground events.
