Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee our client's prestigious showroom and manage a team of dedicated sales professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our valued clients. You will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, industry knowledge, and passion for luxury surfaces while representing a company with a rich history of success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and visually appealing environment that reflects the brand identity.

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Interior Designers, Architects, and other industry professionals, fostering partnerships and driving sales growth.

Provide expert product knowledge and advice to clients, assisting them in selecting the most suitable surfaces for their projects.

Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and ensure adequate product availability to meet customer demands.

Coordinate and execute showroom events, product launches, and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness.

Utilize CRM systems to track and analyze customer data, identify sales trends, and implement effective strategies to optimize performance.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a showroom management or related sales role, preferably within the luxury surfaces or interior design industry.

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating a high-performing sales team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and establish rapport with clients and industry professionals.

Demonstrated sales acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Australian residency or valid work permit.
