- Southern Suburbs of Sydney with parking
- Up to $100K + super + bonus

Our client has been an institution in the local area and is moving into a larger showroom due to ongoing sales growth. The company is also raising the bar on quality service, showroom excellence and providing a fun, professional work environment. The company has a range of interior finishes products that are sold to consumers, trades and decorators in the local area. The customer base covers local renovations, through to new builds.

An opportunity to run a small team and add good systems, structure and organisation. Your team has a mix of sales staff with many years of experience and recent sales team members (acquired over the last couple of years). This is an opportunity to utilise what is working well and add your touch to improve sales, accountability and visual merchandising.

**Your responsibilities...**
- Managing the day-to-day operations of your showroom including rostering, store performance, onboarding new starters, training etc
- Guide clients through the product selection process
- Prepare quotations and manage sales through to delivery
- Develop and manage lasting relationships with our clients
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Visual merchandising oversight

**Does this sound like you?**
- At least 5 years of retail experience and 2 years of retail management experience
- Warmth, personality, maturity, and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with achieving a range of sales-related KPIs
- A positive, results-driven attitude and a desire to learn
- A love and flair for interior design and styling (A qualification in colour or design is desirable, but not essential)
- Leadership skills, flexibility, and the desire to grow with the team
- The ability to work in a calm and focused manner
- 11-day fortnight - be available to work every second Saturday but this is flexible - No Sundays or night work.
