**About the Role**:
Seeking a dedicated Service Team Leader with experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry to champion professional leadership and support for stakeholders and and their team of valve and instrument technicians on site and in the workshop.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Service Team Leader, you will:

- Lead a skilled team of valve and instrument technicians, ensuring strict adherence to QA and safety protocols both on-site and in our workshop.
- Showcase proficiency in fault finding and effective problem resolution, aligning with clients' specific requirements and needs.
- Oversee the performance of our QLD-based service personnel in POWERFLO Product Assembly, Testing, and Repair.
- Uphold rigorous health and safety standards and ensure impeccable quality control, consistently following company policies and procedures.
- Direct the Regulator and Control Valve Assembly and Testing, Pressure Instrument and Temperature Instrument Calibration, Safety Valve Assembly and Testing, Level Instrument Calibration, and more.
- Field service work.
- Liase with stakeholders regarding the coordination of instrument and valves servicing.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong working knowledge of valves and instruments, with experience as Instrument Technician/Service Technician within the valves and instruments industry (essential).
- Skilled at fault finding, problem solving and understanding client requirements.
- Able to travel interstate/internationally for training or field work when required.
