**Description**:
At Green Leaves Early Learning Centres, we take pride in building innovative and sustainable learning environments in our state-of-the-art, purpose-built centres. Our South Plympton Centre is looking for a Centre Administrator to oversee enrolments and manage compliance within the service.

About the Role
- Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanour whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Conduct visitor tours, and assist with children enrolments and new team orientations
- Utilise our Salesforce and Qikkids systems, to manage accounts and monitor ongoing payments with follow-up as required
- Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to the Centre Director with quotes/expenditure requests for submission (as per company procedure)
- Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner
- Available to work Monday to Friday
- This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave commencing from 22/4

Skills and Qualifications Required
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
- Current Child Protection Training
- Happy to participate in a full police check (paid for by us)
- High proficiency in the QikKids software system and working knowledge of CCSS (Child Care Subsidy System) guidelines
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Highly organised with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities to produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills - both written and verbal with the ability to handle difficult conversations

Centrally located on Marion Road, South Plympton, this brand-new centre has been custom-designed to meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age.

As you enter our beautiful centre, you’ll find our state-of-the-art Chef’s kitchen and culinary lesson area, as well as our parent lounge where families can connect or meet with educators over fresh barista coffee and a baked treat.

Our learning hubs are bright and inviting, filled with rich, warm timber resources and innovative educational materials. Each hub leads out to a wonderful outdoor space, where children can enjoy countless hours of fun on the bike track, in the cubbyhouse, or caring for our edible gardens.

Our Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teachers will deliver our Pre-Kindy and Kindy program (4-6 years old) which is designed to support our children in developing their skills and abilities essential to achieving success in future learning environments.
