**Purpose of the role**

To enter data and conduct digital filing by creating client files and updating client personal information, along with providing administrative support as required.

The role is 25 hours per week, worked 5 hours each day, between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. There’s no weekend or evening work and remote hybrid working opportunities are available once fully trained for employees that have the right equipment and internet.

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately and efficiently enter new client data into the company system
- Update client database to ensure information is current and correct
- Complete all documentation and administrative duties in a timely manner
- Proven experience in data entry and administration
- Excellent attention to detail
- Computer literate with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Ability to work autonomously and be goal-focused
