**About the Team**
The **Customer Compliance Performance** team is undergoing significant transformation, creating exciting new opportunities to join at a pivotal time, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact. This team provides specialist compliance expertise to the Customer Business Unit, supporting effective compliance management and ensuring EnergyAustralia’s regulatory obligations, governance systems, processes, and frameworks meet both industry standards and customer expectations. **About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Compliance Performance Team, as a **Compliance Reporting & Analytics** **Specialist**. In this role, you will transform compliance data into actionable insights that strengthen risk management, governance, and decision-making across the Customer business unit. The role is responsible for developing thematic reporting, dashboards, and executive reporting for senior committees, while driving improvements in data quality, automation, and compliance analytics capability. Other aspects of the role include:
- Develop and maintain data reporting across key compliance areas, including Quality Assurance, Complaints, Archer (Risk System), Breaches, and Remediation activities
- Create thematic reports based on root cause analysis findings, complaints trends, and compliance breaches to identify systemic issues
- Prepare high-quality, succinct reports for senior governance bodies, including Compliance and Risk forums, Executive Committee and the Board
- Partner with Technology and Customer teams to design and deliver automated reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualisation tools that enhance compliance monitoring and executive insights
- Engage with risk, compliance, operational, and technology stakeholders to ensure reporting meets business needs and regulatory expectations
- Identify and lead initiatives to uplift data capture, quality and timeliness.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in a reporting & analytics role with a strong ability to develop dashboards, reporting packs, and executive summaries. Other things we’re keen on include:
- Demonstrated experience using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other reporting platforms
- Exposure to compliance, governance, or operational risk management processes, within a highly regulated industry
- Analytical mindset, with a strong ability to interpret complex data sets
- Continuous improvement mindset, always looking at technology capabilities and automation
