**Unleash Your Marketing Genius as a Media & Analytics Specialist at HESTA**
Are you a data-driven marketing expert with a deep understanding of the AdTech and MarTech landscape?
HESTA is looking for a Media & Analytics Specialist to lead our end-to-end marketing strategies to deliver campaigns, optimise engagement and increase campaign effectiveness.
In this role you will be involved in all aspects of conceiving, planning, buying, measuring and optimising HESTA’s media campaigns.
**Please be advised that this is a six-month maximum term contract to cover the current employee's parental leave.**
**What you will be doing?**
- **Audience-Centric Approach**:Utilise audience data to build targeted campaigns that resonate with our brand and attract new members to the fund.
- **Consistent Brand Experience**:Align media planning, buying, and creative efforts to deliver a consistent and impactful brand experience.
- **Collaborative Reporting**:Work with partners to establish reporting solutions and benchmark performance across all channels.
- **Analytics Partnership**:Partner with our Analytics team to refine tracking, measurement, and reporting tools, optimising the user journey across touchpoints.
- **Technology Enhancement**:Onboard and enhance technology platforms to drive brand awareness and acquisition outcomes.
- **Advanced Analytics**:Leverage your expertise in key analytics tools to set up advanced tracking/reporting mechanisms and capture critical metrics.
- **Insightful Reporting**:Measure, interpret, and present data-driven insights to management and the board, informing decision-making processes.
- **Guidance and Collaboration**:Provide guidance to business teams on media decisions, advertising opportunities, and MarTech/AdTech platforms. Collaborate seamlessly with agency partners to deliver exceptional campaigns and projects
