**The opportunity**

The Analytics Specialist is responsible for supporting HESTA's advanced analytics program, delivering business insights, and developing analytics products to drive improved decision-making outcomes.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Maintain and enhance the suite of analytics products including the analytics platform
- Work closely with the business to develop and implement new dashboards, tools and data products
- Manage and mine data to detect patterns, opportunities and insights to enhance organisational performance

**About you**

You will have experience working in a similar role within the Superannuation or financial services industry.

To be successful, you will have tertiary qualification in mathematics, statistics, data science or a similar discipline with strong financial modelling or analysis component. In addition, you will have knowledge of analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or similar as well as experience with relational database systems such as SQL/PostgreSQL.
