**Here’s what we need from you**:

- Degree qualification/s in software engineering or IT
- Detailed understanding of SQL Server RDBMS and advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server environments
- A passport, as there will be travel opportunities, both locally and overseas
- Knowledge of the global natural resources sector, specifically mining, would be beneficial
- The ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organisation

**The fine print of this gig**:
You will report to the Project Services Lead, and be based at our Perth office in Australia. Your role will be to shape our industry-standard software, and you will be required to perform all aspects of:

- Advising and delivering on technology solutions
- Providing technical support
- Develop and maintain expert GIM Suite knowledge
- Develop customer capability
