If so, we want you to join our team** **Job Description**: We’re looking for an experienced Health and Wellness Manager to join the Sodexo team in a permanent, full-time position based in our Balcatta office in Perth. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated Health & Wellness strategy for Sodexo IFMS Business, with the objective of the Heath & Wellness strategy to inform, educate and elevate the consumer experience with the aim of maximising resident participation and driving client value. This is a strategic role which will develop and measure the expected outcomes for the team of Wellness Coaches located at Sodexo remote sites. With two direct report (Health Specialist) who drive the day-to-day performance and calendar activities of Wellness Adviser with the Operations In addition to the delivery of the IFMS strategy, the integration of the National Health & Wellness strategy will include but not limited to, the national calendar of events, the Health & Wellness program, people strategy for Wellness Advisers, contribution and collaboration with clients on camp design, program design, events and inclusion initiatives to promote a healthy lifestyle and social connections at Sodexo remote sites. **Who are we looking for?** We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments; there’s never a dull moment at Sodexo. You take pride in delivering work to the highest standard, with excellent time management and teamwork skills and have the ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. **The Health and Wellness Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to**: - To evaluate and develop the IFMS Health & Wellness Strategy which provides a consist offer at all Sodexo remote sites. - To create a consistent IFMS framework and program structure to support sites and generate client value - Engage with the Operational Leaders to deliver the IFMS Health & Wellness Strategy and provide SME guidance. - Work alongside HLCs, HSE, VMs, and OPs in the field as a constant SME support to ensure key program deliverables are being met and achieved. - With the National Team with the roll out of National Programs including, but not limited to, the Thrive WFX App, digital reporting, digital check in, digital gym inductions - Promote Thrive WFX, the premium Sodexo Health & Wellness offer incorporating Wellness Fitness and Experience - Work with Internal stakeholders, including, site leaders, managers and the executive leadership team on - Elevate the Health & Wellness program, driving an elevated resident experience and maximising client value. - Provide sites with the resources, coaching materials, and solutions for operators to run a successful Health & Wellness program; **Qualifications**: **To be successful, you’ll need**: - 10 + years' experience in a leadership Role - 5 years minimum exposure to remote site health promotion - Excellent communication and organisational skills - Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work autonomously, prioritise, pivot and problem-solve. - Able to work on multiple, simultaneous programs that require strategic thinking as well as high speed tactical execution. - Interested in building programs and processes from the ground up and comfortable in ambiguous environments - A strong team player - comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment. - Strong stakeholder engagement (internal and external) with the ability to influence.
