We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our Health & Wellness team, within our Operations Division on a Casual basis as a Coordinator - Health & Wellness.

This role is responsible for reviewing and processing CBH medicals and associated health information for the seasonal casual harvest workforce.

**Reporting to the Principal - Health & Wellness and working closely with operational personnel in head office and regional areas, the key deliverables for the role are**:
Coordinate harvest onboarding from a health and safety perspective, including technical support of fitness for work requirements;

Provide help and advice in response to HSE queries and escalate when necessary; and

Assist in upskilling and coaching stakeholders on health-related processes and outcomes.

**What you will bring to the role**

Tertiary qualifications in health or a related discipline (students in later stages of a tertiary qualification considered);

Minimum of two years’ experience working in a health-related discipline; and

Strong computer literacy skills;
