**Techforce Personnel** is partnered with leading clients in the mining industry, seeking dynamic and qualified Health and Wellness Coordinators to join their teams on various mine sites throughout Western Australia. This role offers a casual position with the potential for a permanent role.
**Main Duties**:

- Develop, implement, and promote health and wellness programs.
- Increase participation in lifestyle activities through education on healthy choices and fostering a supportive community environment.
- Collaborate with site management to ensure the seamless integration of health and wellness initiatives into the workplace.
- Design and market fitness programs tailored to the diverse needs of the mining community.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements for health and lifestyle roles.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:

- Certificate IV in Fitness and Group Exercise Qualification.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Open, manual driver's license (Class C).
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience.
- Previous experience within a mining or remote environment.
- Proficient knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety.
- Ability to design and market effective lifestyle and fitness programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.
- National Police Clearance
