**FIFO Health & Wellness Coordinator**

We are currently looking for an experienced Health & Wellness Coordinator to work on various sites across WA. This is a casual/on call position with the possibility of an ongoing roster.

**$45.47 days with an uplift for nights and public holidays**

**Position Overview**

To promote, develop and increase participation in health, social and recreational activities for guests and staff of all ages and ability levels through exposure to and education on healthy lifestyle choices.

**Primary Duties**
- To develop, promote, implement, maintain and run health, social and recreational programs for guests and team members.
- To actively promote the principles and benefits of health and wellbeing to guests and team members.
- To facilitate and maintain a safe environment for our customers in all lifestyle activities.
- To develop and facilitate nutrition, portion control and healthy meal workshops for guests and team members using food available in the Dining Room/Dry Mess.
- To develop and facilitate workshops on how to thrive while working regular shift work specifically how to eat on nightshift, how to manage health while on nightshift, how to manage switching from day to night shift in a short space of time and how to sleep well while on day and night shift.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Fitness.
- Group Exercise Qualification.
- First Aid Certificate. Licences
- Open, manual drivers’ licence, Class C. Experience
- Minimum 4 years industry experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Workplace Health and Safety requirements for a Health and Lifestyle role.
- Understanding of rostering principles.
- Design and market lifestyle and fitness programs. Skills
- Manual Handling.
- Computer literacy skills

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $45.47 per hour
