**Program Manager**
- 12 month contract

- $900 - $1150 per day
- 7 - 10 years’ experience

**About the role**
I am currently working with a large client who are requiring two Program Managers for 12 month contracts to start this month. First role is a CRM Program Manager and the second is a Data and reporting Program Manager.

**Main Duties**
- Shape and deliver across the main business stream
- Ensuring that the project scope, milestones and business deliverables are clarified and aligned across the project workstreams along with linkages to business benefits.
- Monitoring and evaluating the project critical path and master milestones and work plan
- Identifying and managing the interdependencies between the CRM program and the other unification PoW.
- Accountable for actively managing the scope throughout program delivery
- Provide leadership of the project team, including being accountable for creating and maintaining a culture that embraces diversity, delivery, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

**You will have**
- 7 - 10 years’ experience as Program Manager
- Delivery and Program management experience
- Demonstrated ability to quickly breakdown problems and find innovative solutions.
- Be a certified Project manager or working towards becoming a certified project manager
