About North East Link
North East Link is the biggest ever investment in Melbourne's north-east - changing the way people move around Melbourne.
Victoria's longest road tunnels will fix the missing link in our city's freeway network, take 15,000 trucks off local roads a day and slash travel times by up to 35 minutes. We'll also complete the Ring Road in Greensborough, overhaul the Eastern Freeway, build Melbourne's first dedicated busway and the North East Trail - more than 34km of walking and cycling paths.
About the Opportunity
Be a part of a transformative infrastructure project for Victoria in the Central package as NELP's next Manager, Digital Engineering. Play a key role in overseeing and ensuring a digital engineering environment and develop and maintain Federated Models across all Program Packages across NELP.
The Manager, Digital Engineering will develop, implement, and maintain the systems and processes which drive interface risk mitigation through insightful reporting and analysis. This position provides the successful incumbent with the opportunity to provide advice and design solutions that will benefit the constructability and usability of Victoria's largest road transport project to date.
Travel and time spent at a future site office (Bulleen, Heidelberg, or Watsonia) may be requirement of this position.
About You
As an experienced Digital Engineer Manager, you will bring wealth of experience to implement digital engineering processes.

**Other key experiences you will bring include**:

- Considerable experience in the establishment, management, and administration of a project-wide digital engineering environment
- Demonstrated success in driving collaboration and implementation of organisational change towards digital engineering
- Experience with digital engineering throughout the project life cycle
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology and Systems, or similar is highly desirable
