**Seeking an experienced Event Travel Consultant**

**The Role**
As an Event Travel Manager, you will be one of the key players in our fantastic team that ensures the success of end-to-end domestic and international travel for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass booking both GDS and group flights, coordinating accommodations, arranging transfers and producing personalised travel itineraries. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent multitasking abilities, this position is perfect for you

**What You'll Do**:

- **Coordinate group travel**: Skillfully manage and organize group travel arrangements including flights, transfers and accommodation.
- **Attention to detail**: Your keen eye ensures nothing is overlooked, ensuring all travel arrangements are seamless and efficient.
- **Master multitasking**: Display great time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Utilise industry tools**: Experience with GDS required, with preference given to those familiar with Sabre. Knowledge of Tramada and EventsAIR is also a significant advantage.

**Skills You’ll Bring**:

- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated travel consultant experience in a similar role (Corporate Event Agency experience an advantage)
- A proven track record booking flights in the corporate, retail, or group travel tourism industry.
- Ability to work in an often fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Great time management with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Experience with GDS - Sabre preferred.
- A knowledge of Tramada and EventsAIR preferred.
- Financial acumen and understanding of budgets and reporting.
