- Experience in the areas of coaching and designing talent and succession frameworks;
- Expertise in the design and development of curriculum, career, and capability frameworks;
- Strategic mindset with strong financial and business acumen;
- Tertiary qualifications in education/adult learning/HR/psychology or a related discipline essential.
