The following will set you up for success;
- A depth of experience in Learning and Development or Organisational Development setting and implementing functional strategies across multi-function organisations;
- Demonstrated experience leading an organisation's approach to, and delivery of, sustainable learning and development programs;
- Previous experience leading a large Learning & Capability team;
- Experience in the areas of coaching and designing talent and succession frameworks;
- Expertise in the design and development of curriculum, career, and capability frameworks;
- Strategic mindset with strong financial and business acumen;
- Tertiary qualifications in education/adult learning/HR/psychology or a related discipline essential.
