**The Role**

Reporting into the Capability and Enablement Manager, the Capability Consultant role is a critical role within the Claims enablement function to ensure quality, relevance, and consistency in the delivery of development and learning initiatives that uplifts capability and supports an exceptional customer experience.

You will achieve success by providing a professional learning experience and the consistent use of resources and materials that enhance the learning experience, whilst delivering consistency in both the design and delivery of learning initiatives to achieve an optimal outcome and efficiencies for Claims teams.

In addition, you will also maintain a process improvement lens by identifying and analysing the learning and development needs of the Claims teams to appropriately plan and implement the rollout of key initiatives.

**About you**

You ideally possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the claims function of an insurance business (with up to date knowledge of legislations and regulatory requirements in the life insurance industry) with a passion and working knowledge of a learning and development capacity.

Your collaborative approach coupled with a genuine passion of learning will enable you to influence and uplift the capabilities of the Claims team.

You ideally possess some knowledge in using various knowledge management tools such as WalkMe, Articulate, Sharepoint and/or any learning or design software to create and deliver training and guidance to the day to day roles of a Claims Consultant.

Lastly, your outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) will enable you to create and deliver high quality training materials for the business.
