- Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 package

Given the evolving and revolutionary changes within the Energy Sector, this national organisation is seeking to create a brand new team focussed on the future workforce of the business. Reporting into a strong and supportive People and Culture Leader, the HR Advisor (Early Careers), will be tasked with truly owning the early careers program from start to finish.

As the HR Advisor (Early Careers), you will be responsible for:

- Creating, and delivering a robust recruitment campaign to attract upcoming graduates to the business.
- Attending careers fairs to promote the organisations brand as a great place to work for graduates.
- Ensuring a smooth induction process for all new graduates entering the business.
- Monitoring the process of graduates through their rotations, keeping in close contact with graduates and their leaders.
- Being the point of contact for the early careers portfolio, advising and guiding across all stages of the employee life cycle.

To be successful within the role, you will bring:

- Experience working within a HR Generalist capacity, with a keen interest in Early Careers.
- Degree qualified in HR or Related discipline.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence.
- Experience with project management.
