**The Role**
This role will support the use of clinical systems for existing business processes as well as the opportunity to implement projects and process optimization.
**You will be responsible for**:

- Elicitation of end-user business requirements and development of new workflows that include the use of clinical systems
- Produce, evaluate, and maintain sets of documents that reflect complex business processes and succinctly describe the transition between current and future state including analysis of gaps and dependencies
- Deliver training for new business processes and the use of clinical and administrative systems

**Essential Skills and experiences**:

- Experience working as a business analyst in health and/or experience working within an administrative role in health
- Sound knowledge and experience working with hospital administration processes including referral management, clinical correspondence, admissions, discharges, scheduling and/or billing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and aptitude in working with patient administration systems and/or EMR
- Passionate about process optimization using analysis and problem-solving skills
- Confident with working with doctors and other health professionals, and delivering presentations and/or training
- Able to collaborate and effectively work in a team, as well as the ability to work independently, to be self-motivated and meet timelines
