**The Company**

Our client, an expanding Professional Services organisation are seeking a HR Manager to oversee the HR function and partner closely with their Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement HR strategies and programs within their growing business

**The Role**

Reporting to the CEO, supporting a group of circa 100 employees, this role offers a good blend of operational and strategic work, with key responsibilities including:

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and leading on initiatives derived from strategy days
- Driving People initiatives in conjunction with the Exec team, identify training needs within the business
- Facilitating and advising on the remuneration process
- Supporting with change management initiatives and employee satisfaction surveys
- Planning and organising employee engagement activities and programs
- Providing insightful HR data and analytics, leading on HR projects including wellbeing and DEI

**The Individual**

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a Senior HRBP, People & Culture Manager or HR Manager role and will have a strong HR Generalist skill set. Experience within Professional Services, Accounting Services, Legal Services, or Management Consulting will be extremely beneficial.
