Human Resources Generalist - Up to $50 per hour - 3 month assignment
**Your new company**
Your new company is a construction company, a leader in their specialty, looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support the HR Manager on an initial contract of 3 months with a view to extension or permanency.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will be responsible for:

- Assisting with recruitment
- Act as a first point of contact for any HR related queries
- Provide support to employees and managers on grievances, etc.
- Manage any learning & development needs that arise
- Performance Management

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed you will ideally:

- Hold a third level qualification in HR or a related discipline
- Have demonstrable experience with the duties listed above
- Have experience in the FMCG or a similar industry
- Have experience with the Blue collar & White Collar employees
