**About the Role....**

This is a hybrid role working both with our Gaming Team as an Attendant and with the Loyalty team as one of our Hosts.

Our Loyalty Hosts provide the ultimate customer service experience to our members and guest throughout the Club venues and assist with the implementation of our loyalty program.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Meet and greet customers to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Build customer relationships through anticipating and responding to customer needs, arranging customer requests and directing customer complaints
- Be a key information source regarding our Clubs, Loyalty program, promotions and club activities to keep members and guests informed
- Providing Drinks Service, fixing machine errors and maintaining the gaming floor; and
- Delivering great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Must be willing to work in outdoor smoking areas whilst wearing a face mask
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential
- Bar, gaming service and host experience is preferred
- Exceptional personal presentation and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a range of shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; and
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
