About the Role

**Experienced Gaming Attendant | Blacktown Inn | Dream big with us**

Blacktown Inn is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused **Gaming Attendants** to join our team

We are looking for individuals who hold a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) and Advanced Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) certificate and have a strong commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced gaming environment. Availability to work nights and weekends is essential, as these are our peak service times.

**A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant**:

- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG compliance
- Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

What do we need from you

**About you**:

- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You must hold current industry RSA, RSG and ARCG qualifications
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
