**CORE DAILY TASKS**
- Ensure registration of import air files are correct and accurate
- Liaise with drivers on airport retrieval
- Ensure shipment files are passed onto stakeholders complete on time
- Arrange with cartage with transport providers (when required)
- Provide status updates to a portfolio of clients
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE**
- 2-3 years Import operations experience
- Salary up to $80K+ Super CIRCA - Weekend Work rotation (Paid O/T)
- Possessing strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude.
