Are you an experienced and qualified Contracts Manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide exceptional procurement and contract management support within the Built and Natural Environment at the City of Mandurah. Your expertise will help our diverse business excel in delivering top-notch services to the community.

Your key responsibilities will include,
- Support teams with business analysis, market research, specification development, procurement advice, and contract management.
- Coordinate and provide oversight to the Built and Environment procurement and contract management activities in accordance with the City's Contract Management Framework.

**What impact will you make?**
- Coordinate the Built and Natural Environment procurement and contract management in accordance with the City's Contract Management Framework.
- Support the procurement activities of the Built and Natural Environment Directorate by providing specialist procurement and contract management advice.

**What can you bring to the team?**
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Law or Commerce
- Contract Management Qualification
- At least 10 + years significant contract management experience including high value / highly complex contracts
- Have strong working knowledge of and the ability to interpret legislation with regards to contract law
- Ability to provide technical leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, complimented by influencing/negotiation skills
- Strong experience in negotiation, conflict resolution and managing public and stakeholder relations.
- The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels within a corporate environment

**The finer details**

This permanent full-time Level 8 position attracts a pro-rata salary range of $114,586 - $121,381 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
