**About The Role**

The San Churro Mandurah team is seeking a team member that is a hard-working, highly motivated, positive, enthusiastic individual seeking a challenging and rewarding position in the hospitality industry. We are currently seeking a Duty Manager.

As a Duty Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Chocolateria. You will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring staff whilst ensuring compliance with all OHS & San Churro product standards. In return, you will have the opportunity to work with a fun-loving team in an environment that truly develops your career and sets you on the path to managing your own successful team.

**Skills & Experience**
- We need at-least 1 year experience managing team in a busy environment.
- Strong barista skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Flexible availability including late nights and weekend work
- A positive attitude
- Should maintain high standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term, Casual
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $50,309.07 - $76,035.34 per year
