Role Overview:
This hands-on role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing a range of business functions including HR, IR, IT, OHS, finance, facilities management, compliance, governance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate various operational functions to ensure smooth and efficient business operations, including Finance, HR, IT, facilities, and compliance, while supporting the organization's mission.
- Work closely with the CEO, Business Unit Managers, and Business Services Team.
- Manage the recruitment of staff as requested by the Business Unit Managers, including shortlisting and arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Take responsibility for the policies, procedures, and forms used by the organization to ensure that all policies and procedures are up to date with relevant legislation.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Risk Management Plan for the organization and present to the board annually.
Qualifications:
- A Degree level qualification in Business with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, or a Diploma level qualification in Business with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, working in the not-for-profit, customer service, childcare, NDIS, or mental health sectors.
- Current WA Motor Vehicle Licence.
- Working With Children Card and relevant police clearances.
