An Australian owned and operated company for over 25 years with a national warehouse and distribution network is looking to hire an energetic and motivated individual to join their team based in Wetherill Park on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**

The branch Internal Sales Representative will assist in the achievement of effectively selling their products and services in the ongoing maintenance of existing customers and development of prospective customers.
- Greet walk-in customers
- Answering inbound calls for sales and customer service enquiries
- Research and compile quotes as required
- Negotiate pricing with customers where required
- Take customer orders and enter into SAP for picking, delivery and invoicing
- Research new customer opportunities/ prospects through online research, personal contacts or referrals and determine the potential value in doing business with the company
- Monitor competition by gathering intelligence on pricing, products, delivery schedule, merchandising techniques etc
- Participate in regular sales meetings

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in an outbound/ internal sales position or equivalent experience
- To be able to develop, manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial relationships
- To be a strong team player with demonstrated experience with internal/ external networks in delivering results and sharing knowledge
- Computer savvy
- Quick learner and/ or willing to learn
- Experience with product sales
