You're a naturally very caring person, and this is your biggest strength. You may have been working in aged care or nursing or a related field, and you've always been successful in what you do because your clients love & appreciate you so much.
You're an organised person and very solutions-focused. You've worked in family-owned businesses before and are always happy to roll your sleeves up and help organise & set up things or help create processes & policies. You're good with softwares / CRMs and pick things up quickly.
You realized early in your career that the #1 skill to have is relationship building. The key to your successes has been the relationships you've built with community, colleagues & clients and it's your favourite thing to do.
You're the furthest thing from 'transactional'. You have integrity & ethics and will always do what is in the best interest of the client.
You're looking for a role that is flexible & part-time, and where you don't have to sacrifice family & private life for your career.
You want a role that will make a big difference to peoples lives and will make the most of your relationship building skills.
This role is as a Sales Rep for Jasda - we are a family owned & run residential aged care therapy services business that was started 28 years ago ( We've since grown into an amazing company, with great staff retention & we live by our vision :

We have opened up a new arm of the business - Jasda Care Home & Community, providing Physiotherapy, OT & Allied Health services to clients directly in their homes.
We need a Sales Rep to help us build this exciting new service. We need someone ethical who aligns with our values & mission, and who works hard to help their clients. If you've had experience in seniors home care industry, your skills and knowledge base of the sector will come in handy.
You will be helping to build relationships, predominantly with B2B opportunities (at home care providers), but there is also the opportunity to develop B2C opportunities directly. There is a lot of potential with this role & with the company - we already have such a brilliant reputation & service.
We would like someone to work 5 days & about 20 hours per week but can be flexible on the schedule. It is uncapped commissions with a base, WFH and we will provide car allowance.
