**Casual Disability Support Worker - Bayside Area** We’re looking for **friendly, engaging, and reliable Disability Support Workers**to join our team on a **casual basis**, providing backfill support across the Logan and Bayside areas.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support clients with daily living activities, personal care, and community access
- Assist clients with psychosocial disabilities using trauma-informed approaches
- Administer or assist with medication as required
- Document progress notes and report any concerns

**What we’re looking for**:

- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Experience in disability or psychosocial support preferred
- Flexibility to work across different shifts and locations

**Pay Rates (SCHADS E3.1 Casual)**:

- Base hourly: $35.15
- Afternoon shift (Mon-Fri, ends 8 PM-midnight): $38.67
- Active night shift (before 6 AM / after midnight, Mon-Fri): $39.37
- Saturday: $49.21
- Sunday: $63.27
- Public holiday: $77.33
