ARG Workforce is recruiting for a leading metal fabrication company based in Murarrie. With continued growth across operations, we're seeking reliable Labourers, Machine Operators, Trade Assistants, and 2nd Class Welders to join the production team. Apprenticeship opportunities are also available for those looking to start or restart their trade career.

Role Overview:

  • Assist with metal manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly tasks
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
  • Support production and machine operation within a workshop environment
  • Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

About You:

  • Experience with MIG welding, fabrication, and general hand tools (grinders, saws, oxy torch, etc.)
  • Previous exposure to metal production or manufacturing highly regarded
  • Forklift licence preferred but not essential
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and available for full-time hours
