**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for an Ongoing Part-Time Support Professional in Cranbourne. Thisis a position that will involve working with Complex Clients.

**Hours**:38 hours per fortnight on average over a 4 week roster cycle. Please click here to view the roster.

**In this role you will**:
Provide clients with high quality support and care that addresses individual needs, and enhances independence, abilities, community participation and quality of life in support of the client’s individual goals and aspirations.

**Essential skills required**:

- Unrestricted drivers licence in the state in which you wish to work.
- Current first aid and medication certificates.

**Desirable skills**:

- An appropriate qualification, which is recognised by Possability and is relevant to the work required to be performed.
- Previous experience in a relevant industry, service or an equivalent level of expertise and experience to undertake the range of activities required.
