The County Court of Victoria is the principal trial court in the State of Victoria. The Court hears over 11,000 criminal, common law and commercial cases each year. The County Court has unlimited monetary jurisdiction in common law and commercial matters. In its criminal jurisdiction, the Court hears all indictable offences except treason, murder and related offences.
The primary function of the Facility and Mailroom Officer is to deliver high quality and responsive mail processing and facility services to Judges and staff at the County Court. Facility Services include furniture relocations and delivering stationery, supplies and equipment. Please note that the role does require manual handling and lifting.
The Facility Services team provide service support at the Court's other CBD locations and at the Court's circuit locations.
We are looking for someone who has a clear focus on delivering quality and responsive services and can demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively within a team.
This role includes manual handling, lifting and furniture relocations.
