The QIC Real Estate Technology Services (RETS) team provides Infrastructure & Cybersecurity services to the QIC Real Estate portfolio of 25+ assets across the Eastern seaboard of Australia.

**About The Role**:
As the Cyber Security Lead, your role will be to define, inform and ensure compliance with security standards, as well as responsibility for the definition and testing of BCP for the property portfolio technology.

You will advise on enterprise architecture, asset technology infrastructure, asset-based employee information technology, technical development, integration/testing and cybersecurity practices. Other accountabilities will include:

- Incident Response - Own day-to-day operations of the cyber security function, monitoring information sources for security anomalies and performing triage, incident investigations, and response
- Security Operations - Enhance capabilities for the core activities of Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and Incident Response.
- Create (and maintain) a cybersecurity strategy and execution roadmap for the RE Shopping Centre Assets including operating architecture, delivery methodology and operating model
- Manage the cybersecurity execution roadmap in alignment to business objectives
- Manage cybersecurity capabilities and relevant vendor/supplier operations
- Develop operational excellence across, cybersecurity and business continuity plans
- Lead central oversight and execution of cybersecurity projects
- Identify, evaluate and resolve potential technology and cybersecurity risks
- Support digital transformation across enterprise and asset operations
- Champion and communicate the cybersecurity strategy

**About You**:
With prior operational cyber security experience and relevant security industry certifications, you have excellent attention to detail and highly developed interpersonal skills. You will also present with:

- Working knowledge of configuration management, change control/problem management and leading risk assessments.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 Security Capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills including board level report writing
- Demonstrated abilities in solution architecture and deployment best practices, as well as proven experience in relevant vendor and lifecycle management
- Understanding of technology initiatives relevant to optimising customer experience at a shopping centre, e.g., Wi-Fi, CCTV solutions, car parking systems
