**In this role, you'll**:
be working as part of our Workplaces Branch, in the Project Delivery business unit. This role provides project management support to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of commercial construction, fit-out and relocation projects.

Your role will assist with a range of project management and support services, including the preparation of reports and briefs, site inspections, coordition of resources, and implementation and monitoring of project plans. You will manage procurement activities for projects, such as tenders, RFQs and establishing contracts, ensuring effective administration of all procurement processes and compliance. You will also assist with relocation projects and act as an act as an onsite relocation coordinator as required.

This position is permanent full time based at Macquarie Park with Monday as your anchor day and hybrid work arrangements. Travel to project sites is also required for this role depending on project requirements. This may include occasional overnight stays regionally.

**About you**

You will have previous project coordination experience within a workplaces / property or facilities management or construction / office fit out based environment. You are stakeholder focused and you are highly organised, with a high attention to detail and the ability work in a fast-paced environment whilst navigating a large and complex organisation. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or equivalent industry-based experience.

You will have an understanding of the procurement, variations, change requests, payment processing and handover processes.

Due to the nature of this role, the ability to travel and work outside regular working hours is essential. This may include occasional overnight stays regionally.
