**About the role**

Reporting to the Regional Manager the purpose of this role is to provide professional support, coordination and administrative services to the Regional Manager of the Southern Victoria & Tasmania region and their broader team.

This role would suit someone that enjoys a fast-pace, varied environment, is able to work independently and has a high attention to detail.

**Some of the responsibilities and accountabilities include**:

- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to manage and maintain the Regional Manager’s schedule
- Coordinate meetings, events and functions
- Prepare agenda and business papers, attendance and recording of minutes with accuracy and confidentiality
- Arrange corporate travel, lodging and develop itineraries
- Provide administrative support to the Country Banking Team. This may include diary and calendar management, co-ordination of meetings, events, functions, and associated preparation of agenda, papers and minutes in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and utilise marketing database to produce reports and associated correspondence as required and identify and target prospects.
- Assist with internal marketing department to ensure consistent implementation of Country Banking events and marketing initiatives.

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant/Team Assistant/Team Coordinator or related role providing executive support and assistance
- Experience in organising workshops and meetings, including preparation and distribution of professional papers, presentations or reports
- Experience in Conference and event coordination
- Experience in Travel logistics and scheduling
- The ability to manage multiple initiatives, resources and stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in the use of MS - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
