**About Our Client**:

Reporting into the Financial Controller, your role will include:
- Ensure the day to day operations of the Credit & Collections and AR team are targeted to optimise cash collection and reduce bad debts to align with Past Due targets
- Ensure the day to day operations of AP and Payments team are properly executed to ensure timely recording of invoices and payment to vendors based on the due dates and Goodyear payment schedule. Develop & provide accurate/timely information and dashboards to meet business needs for proper monitoring and management of the accounts.
- Proactively Identify potential Bad and doubtful debts within customer portfolio or other potential operational risks and formulate action plans to mitigate risk or loss to the Company.
- Review the structure and workflow in AP, Payments, AR and Credit Collections Team. Continuously review operational processes and procedures to maximise efficiency and minimise costs. Optimize the use of SAP in Credit Collections and AR. Ongoing communication and status review with business heads to identify issues, resolve disputes, drive collections and push past dues to mínimal levels. Actively involved with ongoing Projects.
- Other ad hoc tasks.
