This is a full-time role based in Richmond with hybrid flexibility.
What you'll do
and
your day-to-day responsibilities
:
Lead day-to-day finance operations across payroll, AP/AR, cashflow forecasting, and banking, with exposure to the full breadth of finance
Manage cashflow forecasting and provide clear insights to leadership
Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable with accuracy and efficiency
Manage all Trade-related loans across the group
Oversee end-to-end payroll across AU & NZ
Lead and mentor a small shared services team (2 direct reports)
Drive continuous improvement across finance administration to support growth
Your profile / Qualifications
:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance leadership role, ideally within FMCG
Confident managing AP, AR and payroll, with experience across AU & NZ
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Navision, Blueshift and HRIS is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
Clear communication; ability to build strong relationships at all levels
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team
Agile problem-solving approach
