Overview

Join to apply for the Shared Services Manager role at Vitality Brands Worldwide.

This is a full-time role based in Richmond with hybrid flexibility.

What you'll do and your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day finance operations across payroll, AP/AR, cashflow forecasting, and banking, with exposure to the full breadth of finance
  • Manage cashflow forecasting and provide clear insights to leadership
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage all Trade-related loans across the group
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll across AU & NZ
  • Lead and mentor a small shared services team (2 direct reports)
  • Drive continuous improvement across finance administration to support growth

Your profile / Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance leadership role, ideally within FMCG
  • Confident managing AP, AR and payroll, with experience across AU & NZ
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Navision, Blueshift and HRIS is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Clear communication; ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team
  • Agile problem-solving approach
